Thom Evans has cuddled up with his new love interest Jessica Lowndes.

Posing on Instagram, the ex-Scotland rugby star can be seen cosying up to the actress and a cute dog alongside the caption: "Look at that little face," while a user commented on the photo: "What a gorgeous couple."

Friends of the two say they are 'loved up' and he's staying at her luxurious apartment in LA while she is helping him launch his acting career. Sources say he wants to be 'the next David Beckham'.

Thom, 27, and Jessica, 24, met at a juice bar in California last month when he asked for her number after he was dumped by Kelly Brook.

The cast of 90210 say a final farewell...

It's built up a loyal following of fans over its five series and has made stars of the likes of Anna Lynne McCord and Jessica Lowndes since first hitting screens back in 2008. 

But the cast of 90210 came together to bid a final farewell to the CW teen drama.

After filming their exit scenes for the show last week, the stars toasted the end of the fifth season with a chilled-out bash as they reflected upon their memories of the past four years. 

Despite being out of their long-standing jobs, the cast seemed in good spirits as they posed for a final photograph together.

Jessica Stroup and Jessica Lowndes  opted for very similar outfits, teaming simple white sheer blouses with black skinny jeans as they waved goodbye to the show that had made them stars.

Although she was saying farewell to her alter-ego for good, Lowndes looked happier than ever - perhaps revelling in being in the first throws of a new romance after being linked to British model Kelly Brook's ex-boyfriend Thom Evans over the weekend.

Jessica Lowndes swapped the shores of California for yet more sun and surf in Spain. The 23-year-old was spotted cooling off in sea while holidaying with friends on the party island of Ibiza yesterday.

She looked tanned and toned in mix and match bikini that included black bottoms and a striped halterneck top. Lowndes shared her delight at being on holiday with her Twitter fans, writing, 'Whatta beautiful day! Going to make love to the sun and get my tan on Xo.'

The actress is now spreading her wings with a role in a new Lifetime thriller A Mother's Nightmare. In the film, which also stars Glee actor Grant Gustin, Jessica plays Grant’s girlfriend who turns violent when he tries to end their relationship.

Jessica is also working on her music career, having released tracks including I Wish I Was Gay and Nothing Like This and Stamp of Love. 'I’m not giving up acting, but the response to my music has been really cool,' she recently told Celebuzz. 'I funded this whole music project by myself and I’m really passionate about music.' She is set to release her debut album later this year and dreams of one day working with the likes of Drake, Rihanna, and Bruno Mars. 'I just like to dance. I want to make music that makes me want to move,' she said

It is a dress design that ladies who are somewhat larger in the hip area than most who run screaming from.

But not Jessica Lowndes, who was snapped wearing a lampshade dress on the set of 90210 yesterday.

However, she may have been left asking, 'do my hips look big in this?' in the dress which, flares out at the side, a look that is not that flattering for some

Thankfully, the slender Miss Lowndes can get away with it and she looked just lovely in the orange frock as she filmed scenes for the show.

The embellished orange dress suited her fair skin and dark hair as she was snapped in Los Angeles on set.

And it looked as though she was filming a demonstration scene as she stood around with a small Stars and Stripes flag in her hand.

Jessica Lowndes Spills Her 90210 Beauty Secrets

It doesn't take much to transform Jessica Lowndes into her 90210 alter-ego Adrianna Tate-Duncan.

During a recent visit to Us Weekly's New York City offices, the 23-year-old actress said she's "pretty easy-going" with the CW show's hair and makeup team. "I kind of just let them create and do whatever they feel is true to the character."

That doesn't mean Lowndes always shares their vision. "The only [bad] thing that they made me do was cut my hair during Season 1," she said. "It was definitely a change. I had never had it that short and I had never rocked bangs, but I'm glad that my hair's grown out."

Despite the unflattering cut, Lowndes told Us she'd be up for another major hair makeover.

"For a role one day I would love to do a change where you can't even recognize me," she said. "If there was a script that was like, 'Shave your head,' I think I probably would do it. I love totally becoming someone else."
